Your manager requested your availability but, you didn't get the chance to submit yours? No worries! You can submit your availability as long as your manager has a request open that you have not responded to. If the request has been closed, you will need to contact your manager and ask him/her to reopen it.
Determine if a Request is Open or Closed
1. Click on the Profile tab
2. Scroll down and click on the ‘My Availability’ button
3. There are 2 different messages that will show at the bottom of the screen
A green message that says ‘you can submit your availability here when your manager has requested it’ means the request is closed
A red message that says ‘Your manager has requested an availability update. Please submit it as soon as possible’ means the request is open

If you missed a request, and you previously submitted your availability, your availability will default to your previous submission.
