The Team Feed tab allows Admins to view all posts within a Group and comments made on posts. The Groups displayed in this section of the Manager Dashboard are dependent on the Groups of which the user is a member. Users will not be able to see Groups of which they are not a member.
Viewing and Managing Communications
To view messages sent within a group, click on the Group name. Doing so will display all messages sent by members of the Group in chronological order, starting with the most recently sent messages.
- To view comments made on a post, hover over the message, and click on the comment thread icon.
- To delete a user-generated message, they can hover over the message with their mouse. Doing so will generate a delete icon (see below). Clicking on the delete icon will remove the message from both the Manager Dashboard as well as the feed in the Shyft mobile app.
- To pin a message, select the pin icon. This will highlight the post in yellow in the mobile app for other parties to see, adding significance to the content.
From this screen, Admins also have the option to post messages to the group. Messages sent from the Dashboard can include a variety of resources such as Announcements with Read Receipts, PDFs, and image uploads.
