Tapping on Notifications from the Profile will allow a user to review their personal settings related to notifications. To start receiving Push Notifications, these settings must be enabled in the user’s system settings on their mobile device. If these are disabled, users will receive a prompt to enable notifications when they access this page.
Users will have 3 options to toggle on and off to adjust their notification preferences: Schedule Notifications, Marketplace Notifications, and Community Notifications. Toggling Schedule or Marketplace notifications on or off here will enable or disable notifications related to all activity in the Schedule and Marketplace macro views. Enabling or disabling Community notifications will do the same for all message-based activity taking place in the Community tab. On the iOS application, users also have the option to use the Troubleshoot Notifications diagnostic tool if they are not receiving the notifications they would like.
On the Android application, users are provided with a Notification Schedule feature, where they can set the times of day that they will receive Shyft notifications.
