From their Profile, users can tap on Settings to access various app settings and help options provided to users. Admins will see a section heading called Location Settings. From this page, various Location configurations can be managed including turning off and on the requirement for shift swap approvals, whether users need to be approved into a location, the ability for Admins to delete user-posted content, and enabling Shift Premiums in the shift broadcasting experience.
Support Center and Sending Feedback
Support options include Shyft’s Support Center and Send Feedback tools. Tapping on Support Center will open a web browser view of the Shyft Support Center. From this webpage, users can search through a variety of feature articles or search for specific answers to questions they may have. Tapping on Send Feedback will open an in-app feedback page, where a user can submit a question or report a problem, and receive a response from a Shyft support representative.
Users can Log Out of the application by tapping the grey Log Out button at the bottom of the Settings page.
