On the Calendar tab, users are presented with three options for navigating to different days in their schedule: Week Picker, Month Picker, and scrolling to a day.
Week Picker
Shyft’s default view will display the ‘Week Picker’ which is a list of dates horizontally at the top of the page. Users can swipe left and right to go a few days ahead or behind in their schedule. Tapping on a date will change the feed view to that day. Colored dots underneath days represent shift card types available on these days.
Month Picker
If a user taps on the month at the top of the page, they will expand the Month Picker view. This will allow a user to see a calendar at a glance with the different shifts available. They can swipe left or right to go a few months ahead or behind in their schedule. Tapping on a date will change the feed view to that day. Colored dots underneath days represent shift card types available on these days.
Scrolling to a Day
A user can also simply scroll through the calendar feed to progress through their schedule in chronological order to see the different shifts that are available.
Shift Filters
Users can tap on the Shift Filters icon in the top right corner to access granular controls for the types of shifts they want to see. Users can toggle on or off all shift card types, as well as the different shift statuses.
Today Icon
In the top right corner next to the Shift Filter icon, users will find the Today icon which is a small calendar with a dot in the center. Users can tap this icon at any time to take them to today’s date.
