Scheduled Shift Cards and Roster Cards display five Shift Status types.
Shift Status Types
Please refer to the table below for a breakdown of the shift status types.
| Shift Status | Color | Description |
| Scheduled | Grey | Rest status of a Scheduled Shift once published for a user. |
| Starting Soon | Yellow | Countdown status will display within 3 days of the shift. |
| On Shift | Green | Active status once a shift has started, based on shift start time. |
| Completed | Grey | Rest status of the Scheduled Shift once it is completed. |
| Called Off | Red | Rest status of a Scheduled Shift once a user has Called Off. |
