In Shyft, Roster Cards are designed to display all employees who are scheduled to work on a given day and the status of their current shift. Roster Cards can be found in the Schedule view of the Calendar tab.
Viewing Team Roster Cards
The background of a Roster Card displays general information including the total number of employees Scheduled, how many are On Shift, how many are Starting Soon, and how many employees have Called Off. It also displays the start time and end time of the Roster, which is the start time of the first Scheduled Shift, and the end time of the last Scheduled Shift of the day.
The foreground view displays a list of all employees working that day. It displays employee names, profile pictures, job titles, shift times, and shift statuses. Swiping up on the foreground view will provide a full-page scrollable view of all employee's Scheduled Shifts. Tapping into a specific user’s shift will display the Shift Details view for that shift and additional information about the shift.
Admins can tap the 'Add' button at the bottom of the Scheduled Shifts view to access menu options. From here, they can post additional Open Shifts or VTOs for that day.
